What we collect

On every page we count the visit: which page, which site you came from, the country, the type of device, the browser, the language, and whether you pressed a button such as “Call” or “Get directions”. This is done by Umami, a program installed on the servers of whoever runs the site (WeSite, Mendrisio), not a third-party service: no cookies, no identifier stored on your device, and the IP address is not kept. It tells us how many people read what, not who you are.

If you write to us — with the contact form or the gift voucher form — we process what you send us in order to reply and to keep a record of our exchange, for as long as is needed for that.

The server that delivers these pages logs requests as any web server does — IP address, time, page — for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period.

What we don’t do

There are no Meta or Google pixels and no Google Analytics, and we never sell or pass on data to anyone. The pages talk only to the server that delivers them and to the visit counter.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted, by writing to us by post at the address above. The Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) applies.
